Last Friday I got to sit down with Ted Nyman, ex CTO at GitHub and now founder of Cased, to discuss scaling, a topic he is intimately familiar with.
Ted was at GitHub from 2012-2016, a period of rapid scaling for the company. It was during his tenure that GitHub raised there Series A, 10Xe'ed their user count, and in many ways, transformed into what it is today - the most iconic developer tools company of all time.
