As we hire fast, the operational backbone — payroll, onboarding, offers, and equity — has to run flawlessly. This role owns that backbone.
A new repo starts using Greptile every 2 minutes. We review over 1B lines of code every month, with daily LLM inference in the billions of tokens, and usage is growing nearly 40% month-over-month. We also uniquely offer self-hosted, air-gapped deployments for enterprises across defense, financial services, and healthcare.
We care more about hiring great people than filling specific slots, and everyone here wears multiple hats. The day-to-day for any given person tends to span more than one area.
Responsibilities
- Build out and execute on our recruiting infrastructure and processes
- Run new employee onboarding
- Run payroll administration end to end
- Handle logistical compensation management (offer letters, equity grants, and the cap table)
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of operations, HR, and administrative experience
- Communicative, high trust, skilled in conflict resolution
- High ownership, deeply operational, and exceptional attention to detail
