Greptile uses the following third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to process Customer Data as defined in our Terms of Service. These providers are essential to delivering Greptile's services and are bound by strict data protection requirements and security controls. For a copy of our Data Processing Agreement, please contact security@greptile.com.
For customers using our self-hosted (on-premises) deployment option, Customer Data remains within your own infrastructure and is not processed by the subprocessors listed below, except where you explicitly configure external services (such as LLM providers).
